The alternatives are for stakeholders to waste a lot of time and effort finding and sorting this information themselves, or to employ external assistance to track, analyse and communicate this information for them.
A simple action planning template (as used in over 175 countries) shows the actions that need to be done for tasks involved in the change. Then relevant actions are used to populate each user’s To Do list. Progress is driven by To Do’s completed. This cuts through real-life complexity and focuses users on the actions they need to do.
Responsibility, delegation, and accountability are clear, so people are encouraged to get actions done when and where they are required. Me2Team web and mobile software provides anywhere any time access, so focus and timely decisions are maintained.
